14:00-16:00 - LECTURE: Integrating functional and structural data: Spatial normalization of functional and anatomical data sets; Segmentation and surface reconstruction of head and cortex 3D models; Cortical flattening

16:30-18:00 - EXERCISE: Talairach Normalisation; Analysis in standard 3D space; Segmentation and creation of 3D models; Cortical inflation and flattening; Analysis in surface space

14:00-16:15 - LECTURE: BrainVoyager: what else can I do with it ? Overview of several topics including: Beyond Talairach space: Cortex-based intersubject alignment (CBA)  Cortical Thickness Analysys,  DTI tractography, Data-Driven, Independent Componente Analysis (ICA)
