All participants will receive their Congress Pack at the Registration Desk located in the Meeting Venue.

The opening hours of the desk are as follows:
Dates ->  Time
Friday 11 December -> 08.30 – 18.00
Saturday 12 December -> 08.30 – 18.00
Sunday 13 Decembe -> 08.30 – 18.00

INTERNET STATIONS
Visit the Library located near the Registration Desk to check your emails or browse the internet.

INSURANCE
Participants are advised to take out travel insurance to cover medical expenses, accidents, loss, etc.
No responsibility will be accepted by the Meeting Organisers.
